An IIM-Ahmedabad and Infosys alumnus. He started Diya Constructions as a venture to bridge the gap between homeowners expectations and differences in the current market. Naveen handles the marketing and business development functions of Diya. Prior to his association with Diya, Naveen cofounded a chain of multi-speciality clinics across India under the brand name Vitalife. He has 7 years and has had wide consulting experience in India and the USA.

M.Kalyanasundaram

COO

Co-founder of Diya and provides key strategic inputs and guidance on the future course of the company.Mr. Kalyan is responsible for overall administration and finance functions. He is widely recognized for his technical and administrative skills at a national level. Prior to co-founding Diya, Mr Kalyanasundaram worked with another leading real estate company in Chennai.

Mr. P C Koteswara Rao

Chief Projects Advisor

P.C. Koteeswara Rao, B.E. (Hons.), F.I.E., F.N.A.E. has over 35 years of design, construction and land acquisition experience. He was the head and Director of Civil Engineering Group, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India and thereafter has worked in several leading private sector companies as technical consultant. He will be extending his expertise as an advisor and will be responsible for engineering design, quality control, and other related areas.
